Please use the following steps to submit either a corrective (bug) report or perfective (enhancement) request to us:
- For each corrective report or perfective request, start by clicking here
- Select either Support (North America, South America, Australia) or Support (Europe, Asia, Africa)
- Please supply a detailed description of your particular issue or enhancement
- We will follow-up by assigning a unique change report number, perform an initial analysis of the issue,
assemble a list of supporting materials that we may need, and respond to you by email with this information
- All additional correspondence regarding a particular change report will occur directly between you and our
applicable support group, and must include the unique change report number so that we may positively identify
and categorize all messages
