Software Maintenance Support (SMS)

SMS is a fee-based program that extends beyond the initial support period provided with each FinerEdge Software license. With the exception of OEM annual licenses, SMS is an optional annual service.

SMS is 14% of the license fee and provides you with:

Immediate availability of new releases for your FinerEdge Software licensed products, including all the latest corrective, adaptive, and perfective product changes
Timely response and resolution of reported bugs
E-mail access to FinerEdge Software technical support
